Mark Sullivan is founder and managing partner of Pareto-Efficient Partners (PEP), a boutique corporate financial consulting firm where he has completed numerous projects in the areas of financial analysis, business planning and modeling, contract negotiation, and research. He has advised clients in a wide array of industries, including wireless communications, software, green tech, healthcare, financial services, and specialty retailing. Prior experience includes 15 years in corporate finance in such positions as Co-Head of Corporate Finance for D. A. Davidson & Co., founding member of the private equity financing group at Kidder, Peabody & Co., and associate at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York. He also served as Director of Strategic Planning for Teknekron Corporation, a technology venture management company. Mark earned undergraduate degrees in math and economics from Dartmouth College, where he graduated summa cum laude, and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
